@we_are_cult adhering to timelines is something that you need to work on. You hardly do ensure to call at the time when a person asks. If that is the approach why even ask? @mukeshbansal06 do check on your customer support they arent actually being supportive in anyway lately.
@we_are_cult when the mumbai heat is such that even the ac in the centre start sweating. One of the most pathetic customer care to begin with. Opened a ticket in March. Probably after summer they will come up with a solution that its resolved.
