@RoyalMail I was expecting 2 items to be delivered today (6/12) I rearranged them from last week as I wouldn’t be home. Post has just been delivered and no parcels. My local delivery office isn’t easy to get to if you don’t drive. What’s the point in rearranging a delivery.

@TPEassist my mum is due to travel from man Piccadilly to Glasgow via Carlisle on mon 5th may but with only a 10 min connection from arriving at Carlisle and the bus leaving she’s worried about getting stranded if she doesn’t know where to go
