SERIOUS PUBLIC HEALTH ISSUE – REPEATED WASTE BURNING AT GURUGRAM BUS STAND Today again at Haryana Roadways Bus Stand (Sector 12), Gurugram. Same spot. Same waste. Same burning. 📹 Videos from today And in the comments link to video 📹 12 April thread already documents this SAME site burning since 2022 But lungs don't remain same -they weaken with dirty polluted air ! Visible in the videos open dumping by pushcarts → designated 'waste collection site→ then set on fire. In full public view. Bus passengers are literally captive to these emissions. It's a health burden. How many times do we have to keep writing to @CAQM_Official @csharyana @CPCB_OFFICIAL @Haryana_spcb @HspcbS @MunCorpGurugram @ulbharyana @DC_Gurugram @HRroadways? Years of reporting. Even 12 April evidence. Still not treated as priority. If every authority is helpless or incapable, then accountability itself has collapsed. Gurugram residents don't care about the fancy headlines of first Haryana cabinet meeting taking place here on ground people are choking-dust, smoke, burning waste everywhere. Vendor waste is visible. Dumping is visible. Burning is visible. Still no control. So what exactly is missing? Accountability. Is haryana cabinet even talking about it ? @NayabSainiBJP ji please #StampOutWasteBurning, fix responsibility. Review the water fire episodes at this location set this as an example of enforcement and goverance . Don't normalise waste burning --its undoubtedly a health hazard --a health crime. #CleanAir #RightToLife #Gurugram #WasteFires #EnoughIsEnough #haryanacabinet Videos via @NaveenK16959726 ji a dedicated citizen volunteer also directly impacted due to the regular waste fires at this site.
