@ola_supports You may as well shut the outstation service or first ensure that drivers have the documents/proper cost before allotting. I had old people with luggage who had to wait on the road for more than an hour when i ran around looking for other options.

I book an outstation cab (chn-bglr) one week in advance and plan an entire travel accordingly. Now at the moment of boarding, driver says he cannot take the trip as the amount quoted is less and cancels leaving us stranded. No other cab is allotted as well. (1/n)

@Uber_Support driver didn't have the necessary permits/originals for intercity. Got dropped off in the middle of nowhere at TN-karnataka border due to this. There is now way i can report it on the app. Worst is i got charged full despite getting dropped 50kms early @Uber_India

@Olacabs @ola_supports I keep getting msg that my ola credit payment is pending and am now blocked. I never signed up for this and dont want credit facility.I have enough money on my wallet. I am not getting option to clear any dues as well. Not sure how to resolve this. :-/ :(
