@FrontierCorp My service is down, your chat agent was incredibly unhelpful, and automated ticket 7200701 claims it won't be fixed until June 24th. Five days without internet severely impacts my livelihood. I need an Executive Customer Care Manager to DM me and escalate this

My mother had @FrontierCorp at her house, I canceled her service recently because she died and we are selling her house. Frontier just sent me an email about sending a collection agency for the final bill. My mother fucking died! She’s not paying that bill cause SHE DIED!

@AskFrontier Naw, this is an example of poor customer service. You cannot send them a message unless you are a premium user. The Frontier product is great, but their customer service is an abomination. You have to work with bots and they really believe everyone works on apps. Not!
