Very smart business strategy @Verizon @AskFrontier !!! Emails and social media celebrating the $15 monthly Fios internet discount for mobile customers last month, then raised the cost of Fios by $15 the following month. Too funny… will be canceling @VerizonNews @VerizonSupport

What is going on with your internet 🛜 @FrontierCorp ? I’ve dropped coverage X 3 in the past week usually after 10 pm 😬 I’ve had to reboot my router each time and this shouldn’t be happening especially when a @RaysBaseball game ⚾️ is on tv 📺 😡😡😡👎🏻 @beachsnooker @Verizon

(1/2) @FrontierCorp Wasa charged a $10 fee for rental routers provided for a free month. I spoke to 2 agents before the billing cycle, both whom said it would be taken care of. Never did. Third agent tried to gaslight that it wasn't in my chat history. I have screen grabs.
