@SynchronyBank @AskSynchrony I'm a relatively new customer, and though I'm loving all the OnePay universe has to offer, especially the 3% and 5% cashback offers, I can't get the MasterCard to sync with my financial aggregators. It's really messing up my budgeting. Is syncing on its way? Alternate methods?

Just had to call @synchrony about my Amazon card and wow - the customer service rep who answered sounded MISERABLE lolol - the most pathetic, uncheerful, don't want to help a damn person voice I have ever heard 🤣 Someone definitely hates their job!

@CareCredit the level of incompetence of your staff is APPALLING! HOW does one NOT see/read memos on an account to credit payments to particular promotions? Is your staff that illiterate, incompetent, callous?

@Lowes @MarvinREllison I have an issue and haven't been able to figure out how to resolve it. Purchased an appliance pkg on 4/4/26, and there is still NO firm delivery date. The kicker is that it looks like the statement will be due before the appliances arrive!! The store's only options are to wait it out or refund/rebill, but that will push back the delivery even more, and they cannot guarantee the pricing will be the same. Any thoughts? @AskSynchrony @synchrony has been no help as well.

I'm sorry for the lack of everything lately, My cat has gotten really sick over the last few days, She is over 1 years old and last night at 4am she puked up pink and red blood all over my bed. I took her to the pet hospital today where we found issues with guess what... her pancreas. She was severely de-hydrated & we got her fluids and medication to help pain / give her an appetite to hopefully make her eat as she hasn't really eaten much in a couple days. This Vet trip has absolutely financially wrecked me. I spent $700+ dollars to get her help (Ofc worth every penny for her, I'd do anything for her), BUT this has left me unable to pay other bills including rent. I am in DESPERATED need of help. She has a 2nd appointment for her for a fluid injection TOMORROW which is another $200. I DON'T Financially have this... please...help me. These Veterinarian bills are too much alone.

@AskSynchrony I've contacted your bank twice to discuss this late fee. Apparently, $50.00 is more important to your bank than a customer who was never late until the due date fell on a holiday. Every month, your charge is $92.00 - not the $43.00 payment I was making.

Until the payment due date fell on a Monday holiday either in January or February of this year. They charged my account $50

@Lowes @SHPbeds Never sign up for a Lowes credit card via @synchrony I have perfect credit & in 20 yrs of credits cards never paid interest. Their whole purpose is to steal your money. They charged me $73.66 interest on a zero balance 2 weeks later claiming it was from 2 months prior.

@synchrony horrible customer experience. Unfortunately I have 3-4 cards under other retailers under Sychrony. Tell people not to do that. Each card has its own phone number. So after AI customer service failed the real human fauled too.10 minutes of my life I’m not getting back
