@Lowes @MarvinREllison I have an issue and haven't been able to figure out how to resolve it. Purchased an appliance pkg on 4/4/26, and there is still NO firm delivery date. The kicker is that it looks like the statement will be due before the appliances arrive!! The store's only options are to wait it out or refund/rebill, but that will push back the delivery even more, and they cannot guarantee the pricing will be the same. Any thoughts? @AskSynchrony @synchrony has been no help as well.

What is really sad is that @IHGOneRewards never ever responded to anything! In fact, I don’t even think that @HIExpress ever answered either ! At this point it looks like we will be leaving the @IHGCorporate family. So sad that after 17+ years they don’t care able their customers ☹️

Well, I left a response to their DM and I haven’t heard from them in at least 24 to 36. Maybe it’s already been 48 hours. So what I can see is it looks like they really don’t care to find out what really happened. They just wanna follow the script, and that will be my reason to check out.

I agree 100%, we wanted a nice little getaway and ended up having to drive all the way back to the house at the end of the evening after spending 2 1/2 hours in the hotel parking lot trying to convince @IHGService @HIExpress @IHGCorporate and @IHGOneRewards. The scam company @_hiexpress_hq had no issues getting back with me and trying to give me money. Of course it was a scam but at least they listened.

@jcampanale @IHGCorporate @Chase And our hotel said the restaurant and bat was open as of Feb 2026 on their website but that was not the case. Still not open so false advertising and we spent a ton on ubers to offsite restaurants. Very poor. What a shame that they don’t care about their business anymore.

That was me that was / still having the horrible customer service. The customer service has been so poor that it looks like I’m going to be retiring my IHG account and moving to another hotel train after being with IHG since 2009 in a platinum elite member as well. I guess platinum elite doesn’t mean anything anymore. I’m sure another hotel chain would be happy to get my business and would be happy to give me a lot of points to join them specially to use their credit card.
