@econ_lessmann Ich hatte mal Frauenanteil in STEM Phds untersucht (ja, vielleicht nicht das Hauptziel aber immerhin einer der offiziellen Ziele) und habe nichts gefunden was von üblichen Trends ausweicht. Gibt es überhaupt empirical proof dass Exzellenzinitiative der Forschung gut gedient hat?

Has anyone extended the analysis of Conley and Önder (2016) after 2000? I'm not sure the distribution of (journal weighted) #papers after 6y would've changed that much? Although, obv tricky since the bar for AER/QJE etc has shot up. (Prompted by @ben_golub tweet re PhD prep)
