Puntland has launched a Cost Recovery Policy to secure a sustainable health system amid declining donor funding. Extremely delighted to participate the 3rd Public Health conference (CPHIA2023) organized by Africa CDC as an abstract presenter. The conference brought together more than 5000 delegates around the world. I was invited to present a paper (part of my PhD) as a poster presenter.
