@CruiseNorwegian unbelievable how one agent can make me go from excited to cruise with my friends to a refund and swearing to never do business with a company again. Just be honest about your product and let me buy or not but high pressure tactics and lies only drive me away.

Great job, @amazon / @alexa99 for breaking voice commands to turn lights off. Apparently, telling a group of lights to turn on by saying "Alexa, kitchen lights on" doesn't work anymore... Great update there... So thanks for the push I've needed to move onto #homeassistant

General Motors has lost its mind dropping support for CarPlay. Every car in our family has it from our 2000 Jeep, 2006 911 and 2002 Ford Escape. The first thing I do it retrofit any car we get if it does not have it, only an option for old cars. #gm is planning for obsolescence.

Hey @RoyalCaribbean. Loved my Cruise last May, except for the getting COVID and being locked in the lower decks and being stuck in hotel and having to drive home. You guys said you would reimburse my hotel and travel home, but you won't reply to any of my e-mails? Can you help?
