Yesterday WIPRO ADR was up by 18%, Today Wipro on Indian Exchanges up by only 1 odd percent Now ADR is down by 8%, So logically ADR still up by 8-9% with regard to yesterday’s closing in India Is it right theory or I’m missing something important?

@MEAIndia @DrSJaishankar when I tried to show my education qualification from Digilocker passport application centre authorities mentioned that they don't accept digi locker. If needed I can provide password application number etc. .

@passportsevamea I have applied for passport renewal have feed my documents through digilocker there was no mention of education certificate in the application but still I was sent back by Passport application centre stating that original Education certificate is required.
