@virsanghvi @airindia Fully agree sir, me traveling frequently every 2nd week all over India from Delhi. Mostly on-time, good quality Indian meal and overall great handling of entire trip. No comments regarding baggage since carry hand bag only.

There is so much recent negativity about @airindia that I want to put this out. I have taken 3 flights on @airindia in the last three days. On Wednesday:Rome to Del On Thursday: Del to Bom On Friday: Bom to Del In every single case the flight was on time. The inflight service was warm & efficient. Luggage came relatively quickly (quickest in Del) The check in was entirely painless I don’t think frequent travellers care as much as others about airline food but if you think that’s important then I had a very good dinner on Rome to Del. On the international sector I flew one of the older Dreamliners & I am not one of those aeroplane nerds but I thought it was very comfortable. It’s second nature for many of us to bitch about @airindia but it’s one of only two international airlines I fly regularly. The other is @emirates which admittedly is far better ( & far more expensive) but it is the best airline in the world so it’s better than every other carrier anyway. The Tatas need to hold their nerve. There is a lot that is good about @airindia that rarely gets acknowledged @TataCompanies

@DealsDhamaka Fully agree. Traveled Delhi - Pushkar - Ranthambhor - Delhi in 3 days @ 8th-10th May using Google Map. Nearly all roads were exceptionally smooth. The entire ride were enjoyed by senior citizens parents.

Did a 3200 km road trip in 10 days. The moment you enter Rajasthan, the roads just hit different. Easily some of the best highways in India. Love it man.

If you are looking for the worst implementation of AI by a large organization, look no further. The award goes to none other than @makemytripcare and @deepkalra. There is no way you can talk to a human being - even in urgent situations. My flight from SFO to Delhi was cancelled and I have been struggling for two months to get my refund. During these two months, not even a single time I have been able to talk to a human being. If the bot that they have implemented, was submitted as a first year engineering project, would have got a definite C- MMT case study alone has the potential to damage the perception that AI led customer support can be of any value to customers.

Remembering the innocent lives lost in the gruesome Pahalgam terror attack on this day last year. They will never be forgotten.
