What are the criteria for AOC here? Biden and Blinken were proven genociders. They did not benefit the “movement” at all; they wrecked it instead. Harris categorically refused to distance herself from genocide, but AOC still managed to bring herself to insist that she was “working tirelessly for a ceasefire” on a stage Biden, Obama, and Harris denied to every Palestinian who publicly pleaded for just two minutes of recognition. AOC found it within herself to loudly assert that genociders can be good, or at least better overall for America. It is sad to see her unable to extend that same faith she has in genociders to MTG and others who are in a welcome process of reflecting on their worldview in a manner many Democrats still categorically refuse to do.

AOC: I personally do not trust somebody like Marjorie Taylor Greene—a proven bigot and anti-semite—on the issues of what is good for Gazans and Israelis. I don’t think it benefits our movement to align with white nationalists.
