Just installed @Windows 11 on a brand new PC for someone. The absolute garbage experience I just had, along with the ridiculous restrictions to how standard things like Login and Accounts works ensures that I will not be installing this on any of my PCs. #worseThanWinME

@geerlingguy hey, is there a significant speed improvement to running a nvme sata vs an ssd in the overall running of OS and apps on the Pi 4b? What about true NVME on Pi? Is it significantly better to use a Pi5? (They've been hard to get in Canada).

@ea_games has a huge security hole in their user accounts that allows someone to take over your account with almost no effort. Deleting my EA Account, not worth the hassle I'm watching a friend go through.

@Dajbych @Microsoft @Windows I'm on Windows 10 for my last two Windows machines. I have one Windows server as well, so, for the 315 computers in my lab, only 3 run Windows, 1 runs MacOS, The rest are on Linux.

1st time in over 4y under 200 lbs... I was 237 in January when I started this. Changed my diet to have more veg, cut out most starchy foods. 90% of my sugars come directly from fruit & veg. I still eat beef, chicken, fish and seafood, I just changed it

Omg @LGUS your ThinQ app is so badly written... TV can't log on through the app; can't update the smart features without logging in (which I did with the app). Once my smart apps stop working, this is useless to me. Pls check out one of my lectures on UX... you need help.

@Microsoft , @Windows Every time my computer restarts & goes through the setup again trying to get more info, I deny it all & go back through my settings & take away a metric I previously shared. I also do the same for the ~800 computers I support in various companies.

The bullshit, made up, ridiculous suggestions made by Twitter (fu Musk, it's not X) have gotten to the point that for the first time since its launch, I have turned notifications off for this app.

I still think that my copilot is much better than @microsoft's

What would you do, actually do, if a job application asked you for: - age - sex - gender identity - LGBTIAQ+ status - disability status - etc. Not asking about your rights. I’m asking what would you *do*? What if the questions were optional? Would that change your action?
