Over the past 3 months, I’ve lost 33 pounds. After hitting my goal of 184 pounds, I want to maintain this weight. If anyone has any recipe tips to continue making protein a priority, I’m all ears. I eat a lot of chicken, Greek yogurt, carrots, bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, & chicken broth. With a very low sodium diet, the only treat I have is daily coffees made of instant espresso, almond milk, & zero sugar creamer. My diet consists of ~1,500 calories & I walk 4 miles/day.
