@GoDuckYourself @dwightjaynes Yes, as I understand it, the State of Oregon has already approved the majority of the funding. Portland is holding it up. Why not just make a agreement with another suburb for the extra?

A deal is in place but the council Peacocks are posturing. I have always thought that in the end, they would not be responsible for allowing the team to move. Now I'm not so sure...
