$NVO and $UNH continuing to push higher today 📈. Still the only two healthcare names I need to own.

Months ago, I narrowed healthcare down to just $NVO and $UNH as the only two names worth owning, especially given how criminally undervalued and oversold they were on higher timeframes. They’ve easily been two of the lowest-stress, highest-conviction holds in my portfolio, with what feels like true asymmetric upside. I genuinely believe buying $NVO and $UNH in 2025 will look a lot like buying top-tier tech stocks in 2022, and totally obvious in hindsight years down the road.

Groundless personal attacks have stepped up. I can only think it's because Bitcoin is shockingly under $85K as the "bull year" of 2025 draws to a close. What happened to $180K Bitcoin? Well if we keep ignoring Quantum, get used to it! Gold added 5x Bitcoin market caps this year, and Bitcoin couldn't add $1? This is a first and it's because the world is discounting the Quantum risk from Bitcoin's value now. 2025 is the first year we entered the Quantum risk event horizon. I can't guarantee how much I will be involved in this movement next year, because I get _nothing_ from it (no nothing financially) except increasing personal attacks. This is not a healthy fight and not how the Bitcoin community used to be. Looking forward to some much needed down time with family, nature and touching grass. The Christmas period is the best time of year. Wishing you all a Merry Christmas and Happy New Year with your families and loved ones!

Medieval England had laws dictating who could eat what based on social class. Nobility: Venison, beef, mutton, game birds. The fattiest cuts. Roasted whole. Peasants: Barley, oats, peas, beans. Meat maybe twice a year at festivals. This wasn't preference. This was LAW. You could be punished for eating above your station. The aristocracy understood that diet determines class more than birth. Feed someone like a peasant long enough, they become one. Weak bones, poor teeth, stunted growth, no energy for rebellion. Feed someone like a lord and suddenly they start acting like one. Strong, aggressive, capable of demanding more. Now we don't need sumptuary laws. We just price meat out of reach, run fear campaigns about cholesterol, and convince people that quinoa is premium nutrition. Different century. Same suppression. Better branding.
