@Hertz Presidents Circle member here. My rental began Dec 22 on a 2 week reservation. Promised an upgrade that was denied at pickup. First vehicle was filthy. Replacement had engine light on, tire pressure warning, and no windshield wiper fluid. I was told I had no choice.

@Hertz @Hertz After over a week of calls, case numbers, and being stuck in an unsafe vehicle, the resolution was just 2 days comped. A complete joke. @Enterprise @Avis looking forward to taking our Presidents Club membership to a company that actually values loyalty and safety.

@Hertz Update: Ft. Lauderdale comped 2 days and sent me to Boca Raton where I was promised a truck as a Presidents Circle member. Instead I was given an Altima and told nothing else could be done. After days of safety issues and misinformation, I’ll never rent from Hertz again.

@Hertz I have now gone days without a call despite repeated promises of escalation. I am still being refused a reimbursement amount If I do not receive contact from executive customer relations within 24 hours, formal consumer protection and credit card dispute channels will come
