@ndtv RTO traffic police are responsible. I have seen multiple time heavy load vehicle drive on each lane simultaneously in front of Traffic police on Ghat area. This slow moving traffic leads to the Jam. Why they don’t fine those heavy vehicle when they shift the lane.
