🎙️ Christian Anderson Jr on his Summer League play: "Just getting adjusted. The first couple games I didn't really know what to expect, but as time went on and I got comfortable, started knowing my teammates and what we were trying to run..." 🎙️ On playing with Hannes Steinbach: "I already know what Hannes does, but him showing everybody else what he can do makes it easy for me because we have so much experience playing with each other. I know where to find him, and he knows that I can find him in any spot. It's super fun to play with him, and I'm happy for him."

@DuncanCastles He's on the floor when the ball comes in. Does being prone on the ground make no difference to defending a corner?

You can find a foul in the build-up to every corner kick if you really want to find one. If the foul does not impact the outcome of the corner kick it should not be used to overturn a goal. Especially in a tournament that had been refereed like this one. #NORENG

Absurd decision to overrule Norway’s second goal for Haaland pushing back on Anderson ahead of a goal where the England midfielder would have had no impact on the eventual finish. Once again FIFA VAR favours the bigger nation. #NORENG #WorldCup

@RugbyInsideLine A team 4 years removed from a World Cup win, still full of big personalities and perennial winners on the international stage. Not so here.

In 2007, England were smashed by South Africa 36-0 in the Pool Stage. After that game the players then took charge of the game plan and they went onto the final. Maybe this is the catalyst for the players to move away from Borthball.

@MartinTweats Wow! What logic! It could be just annoyance at the uselessness or absurdity of the response.

When you give an atheist the truth of God they respond with either anger or laughter. The anger represents acknowledgement of the truth, the laughter represents ignorance of the truth. #Theism #God

@jimhamilton4 I'm not saying South Africa were poor, or England were ever in it really. South Africa are twice the team England are currently and the score reflects that. I'm disagreeing with it being a masterclass when they were up 17 they let England back in.

@jimhamilton4 Not really sure. Gave up 17 point lead and was close until 13 men were on the field. Borthwick needs to make proactive decisions when the game is still in sight and not wait until the game is dead.

@MartinTweats Let's grant that, now, no Christians do harm to others in the name of Christianity. Fine. But it's palpable poppycock that it's never happened. I'm more convinced everyday that you are either a bloviating obscurantist or a dull troll.

A Christian says, "I will die for what I believe". A Muslims says, "You will die for what I believe". Comparing Islam as valid as religion as Christianity is a non sequitur, they are vastly different.
The Saint@thesa1ntp2800

@luvmyjaide @offender_repeat @MartinTweats Islam is as valid a religion as Christianity! And as an outsider, looking at both, only one of them uses the death of a man as the founding basis for the religion, Christianity looks a bit like a death cult.. Daaaahling
