Absolute nightmare from @etihad @EtihadHelp. My flights on March 1st were cancelled, and I submitted my refund request on March 4th. My refund is still “under review.” What exactly is being reviewed when you know the flight was cancelled.

It's understandable to be uncertain and have no plans for one week after the unfolding of this unfortunate turn of events. Maybe two weeks? It's been 3 F-ing weeks! Get your shit together!

How does the so-called “continuing situation” specifically delay MY refund? Passengers deserve transparency and accountability. Please provide a clear status update and a definite refund date.

@EtihadHelp It's the same message that's available on the website and social media. With all due respect, what is the point of sending this as a DM? We are unable to reschedule the tickets on the website or the app, I am told to call the call center. Why not make it available on the website?

@etihad I had a reservation on 1st March from Delhi to Boston. The new release says I should rebook or cancel. However, I do not see any option to change my tickets. Can you advise on how to proceed?
