If you’ve followed me for the last month, you’ll know that my PCS experience hasn’t gone to plan. Today, i went to the transportation office on Fort Sam Huston expecting a fight on some paperwork.
Instead, I had the best experience I’ve had in a transportation office. She walked me through the issue I was having, and fixed a problem I’ve had for weeks in mere minutes.

JetBlue spent 25 years telling everyone their seats had legroom. Now legroom is a paid tier called Even More, with a basic fare called Main underneath it, and BlueFirst coming later this year. United and Delta already did this. Fixes the P&L. Curious what it does to the brand.
