ये है बिहार का हाल, जहाँ बेटियों की इज्जत सुरक्षित नहीं। सिस्टम पूरी तरह फेल। पटना के होटल में शराबी गुंडा रात को कमरे में घुसा और बाप की आँखों के सामने उसकी बेटी को खींचकर ले जाने लगा। बाप ने रोका, 112 पर फोन किया, लेकिन पुलिस आई तो पता चला CCTV खराब, मैनेजर गायब, और होटल में और लड़कियों के साथ भी ऐसी हरकतें हो रही थीं।

कुछ दिवस पूर्व एक आईटीबीपी जवान द्वारा अस्पताल पर उपचार में लापरवाही का आरोप लगाते हुए प्रार्थना पत्र प्रस्तुत किया गया था, जिसमें उनकी माताजी का हाथ काटे जाने की बात कही गई थी। चूंकि प्रकरण मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस से संबंधित था, अतः माननीय उच्चतम न्यायालय के निर्देशों के अनुपालन में मामले को जांच हेतु मुख्य चिकित्सा अधिकारी (सीएमओ) महोदय को प्रेषित किया गया था। सीएमओ महोदय द्वारा नियमानुसार चिकित्सकों की समिति गठित कर प्रकरण के सभी पहलुओं की जांच कराई गई। जांच रिपोर्ट प्राप्त होने के उपरांत प्रार्थी पुनः अपने वरिष्ठ अधिकारियों के साथ उपस्थित हुआ तथा रिपोर्ट के कुछ बिंदुओं पर आपत्ति व्यक्त की। दोनों पक्षों से वार्ता उपरांत आपत्तियों से संबंधित प्रार्थना पत्र पुनः परीक्षण हेतु सीएमओ कार्यालय को भेज दिया गया है। चूंकि मामला पूर्णतः मेडिकल नेग्लिजेंस एवं उपचार प्रक्रिया से संबंधित है, इसलिए उपचार, डायग्नोसिस एवं चिकित्सकीय प्रक्रिया से जुड़े सभी बिंदुओं का परीक्षण चिकित्सकीय विशेषज्ञों द्वारा किया जाना आवश्यक है। जांच उपरांत जो भी तथ्य प्रकाश में आएंगे, उन्हीं के आधार पर अग्रिम विधिक कार्यवाही सुनिश्चित की जाएगी। बाइट-अपर पुलिस आयुक्त कानून एवं व्यवस्था डॉ0 विपिन ताडा। @Uppolice @UPGovt

Booked a Tatkal Sleeper ticket today from kanpur central to New Delhi. Filled every detail in seconds, but IRCTC kept showing- "We are experiencing high load." Tried repeatedly, Then my ID got locked out. Minutes later, every seat was gone. So the question is - who actually gets these Tatkal tickets? ओके! गर ऐसा ही है तो फिर शपथ लेते वक्त यह मत कहना कि मैं विधि द्वारा स्थापित भारत के संविधान के प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धा और निष्ठा रखूंगा। क्योंकि अगर ऐसी शपथ लेकर उसके अनुसार कार्य नहीं किया तो उसे शपथ से ग़द्दारी कहा जाएगा। शपथ लेते वक्त यह भी कहना कि मैं भारत की प्रभुता और अखंडता अक्षुण्ण रखूंगा। अगर ऐसी शपथ लेकर उसकी आत्मा के विरुद्ध कार्य किया उसे भी शपथ से ग़द्दारी कहा जाएगा। इसलिए शपथ में सब ना कहना। शपथ में यह भी मत कहना कि जिस पद को मैं ग्रहण करने वाला हूँ उसके कर्तव्यों का श्रद्धापूर्वक निर्वहन करूंगा। अगर ऐसा कर लिया, तो उसके अनुसार ही कार्य करना पड़ेगा, लिहाज़ा शपथ से ग़द्दारी मत करना। बेहतर यही है कि शपथ वही ली जाए, जो करना है। इसलिए शपथ लीजिए कि मैं, सुवेंन्दु अधिकारी जो विधान सभा का सदस्य निर्वाचित हुआ हूँ, नमस्ते सदा वत्सले कहते हुए ईश्वर की शपथ लेता हूँ कि मैं RSS/BJP द्वारा स्थापित अघोषित संविधान के प्रति सच्ची श्रद्धा और निष्ठा रखूंगा, मैं केवल हिंदुओं के लिए ही कार्य करूंगा, मैं अपना वेतन भी सिर्फ हिंदू करदाताओं के कर से ही लूंगा। वगैरा वगैरा। यह सब करके दिखाओ तो जानें! वरना सब बकवास है।
