@Marriott Such a frustrating experience talking to your Bonvoy Assist team. Verifying my account requires trying to remember prior hotel name and dates of my stay? How about you just email/txt me a code? This is what EVERYONE else does. I'm actually shocked.

@KwiksetCorp I can't unlock remotely using the app either. It just spins and fails. I can create new codes it seems so the lock is not entirely disconnected from the world. What is going on?

@KwiksetCorp Your "smart" lock is failing me. My daughter is locked out of our property because the lock refuses to work and your support is closed for the night.

I've been suffering from acid reflux a lot these days and doctor suggested to give up coffee which seems difficult for me! How do you still keep drinking coffee and not have acid reflux? Coffee experts please help 🙏🏻 P.S. I'm not into cold brews so not that.
