We’ve always been told that "smoke is smoke," but the data says otherwise: ​Tobacco: Lower lung capacity + higher cancer risk (no surprise there). ​Marijuana: Actually showed an INCREASE in lung capacity and NO link to cancer. 📈 ​It’s wild how long it takes for the science to actually catch up to the stigma.
