@GWRHelp have travelled all the way from south Wales to Penzance to catch the sleeper train to London for my birthday only to discover that the buffet car has been removed so won’t get the full experience. Sooo disappointed 😞

@GWRHelp Not only was the lounge car not available on yesterday’s Night Riviera service from Penzance, this morning’s replacement breakfast was meant to be used three days ago. I think I’ll pass.

@awv Because of a fault with the sleeper carriage, this means that we cannot have the lounge car in operation. I do apologise for any frustration this may cause - Michaela

@mileswithshell OnTheGoMap.com is great for very quickly plotting a route. Chose a start and end point and it’ll plot a route using roads and footpaths instantly giving you an idea of distance between two places.

Quick question: what does everyone use to plan running routes (if you plan at all, that is). I use OS Maps for trail runs and Strava route planner, but wondering what else is out there #ukrunchat

@littlemissileo I had a parastomal hernia soon after having my new bum fitted in 2019 and my surgeon always advised to try and live with it. Remember you mentioning about the huge increase in travel insurance after your surgery. Based on what you’ve said I’ve learned to live with it.

14 years ago today I had an operation that changed my life forever. It was my first #ParastomalHernia repair. If I'd known then what I know now I'd never have had it done. Its the 2nd biggest regret in my life, the 1st is not ringing an ambulance the night mum was sick 1/3
