@jpwarchaeology We think we are pretty old, and a purpose built pub to house the monks that built the first church in the village. Not sure of exact date, Perhaps 16th century? Once called the Foresters and then the Carpenters. Renamed with a tool from each trade to become A&C What do you think

There are many claims for the oldest pub in Britain. The most famous is the Trip to Jerusalem at Nottingham: reputedly opened 1189, but this was invented in 1909 by the landlord. In reality its a 17thC building that was used as a pub by 1751. So which is the oldest? ...a thread🧵

@DrHoenderkamp @ThisisDavina Is this true? Had a PE during pregnancy and was told I’d never be able to have the pill or HRT. Ive very mild menopausal symptoms atm (46) worried 😟

@ThisisDavina Jesus indeed. I still hear of patients being told that they are too old, too young, still have periods, have a family history of breast cancer, have had a blood clot or a risk of one, are too fat, smoke & more as reasons to not be allowed HRT. All are false and YOU can have HRT.

@ThisisDavina Phoned a few weeks ago to see about HRT and the receptionist said ‘This is down to Davina’ anyway had a telephone appointment today to speak to the doctor and he basically said it’s not a miracle cure like Davina says, she’s got a lot to answer for! Got the prescription though 🙏🏻
