After in-depth investigations during the past a few days, we are determined to say that there are no design or quality control flaws with our phone's motherboards, which have consistently met standards above industry levels. In addition, there isn’t sufficient amount of reported cases to prove it is a common situation or there is a direct connection between software updates and the issue.
