Dear @AmazonIN @AmazonHelp, I am raising a formal complaint regarding Order ID: 171-5711663-7789161. My order was cancelled without any delivery attempt or phone call. After multiple conversations, Amazon support officially confirmed that no delivery attempt was made.

This type of solution @AmazonHelp giving in DM sending back to agent where I have already waste my time
