We wished to include yearly audit of all the pvt schools’ accounts & certain other aspects that could have made the bill more equitable for all stakeholders.

@gupta_rekha Ma’am Since u hve recognised this fact kindly initiate Govt takeover of DPS Dwarka. DM’s inspctn report of 4th Apr & even hon’ble Delhi HC orders hve highlighted minor children r being harassed by the school and its been 2 months and no action yet. Is this 4 engine Govt in Delhi?

@ashishsood_bjp The @Dir_Education issued 15+ orders agnst DPS Dwarka and none implemented on ground. Even hon’ble Delhi HC upheld in its 16th May’25 order tht 2023-24 fee rejectn order is valid & excess fee shud b refunded yet no action taken agnst the school. Children names still struck off.

मैं पूरी ज़िम्मेदारी से, पूरी दृढ़ता से ये कहना चाहता हूँ कि DPS के सन्दर्भ में DPS की आड़ में हमारे फीस एक्ट से जो घबराहट आम आदमी पार्टी में है, उसी घबराहट में वो कवर फायर दे रही है ताकि ये फीस एक्ट लागू न हो सके। और उसी तरह, जैसे पहले अंडर द टेबल रिश्वत वसूली होती थी, वैसे ही आगे भी वसूली जारी रह सके। @JPNadda @blsanthosh
