“I Met This Girl Working As a Mechanic, And I Was Really Impressed Seeing How Young She Is Yet Already Skilled In a Handwork. Even Her Boss Can Testify That She’s Very Good At What She Does. She Started Learning This At Just 10 Years Old. I Was Very Impressed So I Supported Her With The Sum Of N250,000.” ~ Lord Zeus

Lord Zeus was left in shock after meeting a 16-year-old girl from Urhobo, Delta State, who has been learning mechanical work since she was 10 years old. He supported her with ₦250,000, courtesy of the Association of Igbo Women in Germany. He spoke to her boss about how she started so young. The boss explained that her parents were against it at first, but the girl insisted because she truly wanted to learn the trade.

After sharing ₦500,000 to six people, Lord Zeus had ₦500,000 left. He tried reaching a lady from Imo State via TikTok, but she didn’t respond. While heading to Anambra State, he stopped at a hairdressing training shop where he met two apprentice ladies from Imo State and gave them ₦250,000 each✨♥️

A major political signal ahead of the 2027 general election emerged on Wednesday in Lafia, the Nasarawa State capital, as the Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), Senator George Akume, led leaders and delegates of the North Central All Progressives Congress (APC) to adopt President Bola Ahmed Tinubu as the party’s sole presidential candidate.

Dubai generates about $30 billion yearly from tourism (hotels, attractions, services). In 2024 alone, international visitors spent roughly $179.8 billion there. Yet in Nigeria, people are quick to dismiss a coastal road that could unlock the tourism and economic potential of eight coastal states as a waste. Truth is simple: no place wakes up rich. The same Dubai people admire today was built through deliberate, long-term investments. A working Nigeria has to be built years before it begins to work.

Nigeria Needs Just $345 Million Yearly To Help 15 Million Out-Of-School Children — Education Minister, Alausa The Federal Government has revealed that Nigeria will require about $345 million every year to reintegrate and properly equip its estimated 15 million out-of-school children with essential skills. The Minister of Education, Tunji Alausa, made this known on Tuesday during the inaugural Federal Ministry of Education Private Sector Breakfast Convening held in Lagos. He explained that the figure represents the current per capita cost needed to effectively tackle the growing education crisis. Alausa further stated that out-of-school rates remain alarmingly high across the country, with nearly a quarter of children between the ages of 5 and 14 affected. He added that the situation is more critical in the North-East and North-West regions, where the number rises to over two-fifths, highlighting the urgent need for intervention and increased investment in the sector.

This is for those of you who live on the mainland and work on the island. I think you should try alternative ways of getting to work, like using the Omi Bus, especially if you’re coming from Ikorodu, Ajah, or other areas. You can access this Omi bus service directly from the bus jetties. Omibus runs an electric ferry service from CMS NIWA Jetty to Falomo 5 Cowry Jetty and Caverton Jetty.

The Honourable Minister of Works, David Umahi, has announced significant progress on the Enugu–Onitsha Expressway, declaring that years of deadly accidents, traffic congestion, and deterioration are coming to an end. During an inspection on March 23, 2026, he confirmed that the road is undergoing major upgrades under the administration of Bola Ahmed Tinubu. Umahi highlighted that the 107km dual carriageway is being partly converted from asphalt to concrete for greater durability, with additional improvements such as solar street lighting and environmental enhancements. He noted that similar upgrades are being extended to key sections in Anambra State. He credited the federal government’s intervention for transforming the road and urged South-East residents to support the administration, warning against divisive narratives. He also clarified that project costs go through multiple approval bodies, including the Bureau of Public Procurement and the Federal Executive Council. As a key milestone, Umahi directed that the Enugu–Onitsha Expressway be reopened to the public on or before March 31, 2026, describing it as a symbolic Easter achievement.
