Having a good husband or a understanding wife is like sitting on a ₹100 crore fortune you just can’t measure it on a balance sheet. A peaceful home, mutual respect, and someone who stands by you during your worst days are worth far more than money. The world celebrates “wealth”, but very few realize that the greatest luxury is coming home to “peace” instead of stress. Choose your life partner as carefully as you choose your biggest single stock investment. One decision can shape the rest of your life.

If your home is peaceful, you are richer than you think.

It's exactly playing out nicely People are still in disbelief coz they don't know how to read data. This rally will become the most hated rally of all time coz people don't want to believe it. By the time the belief comes it will be too late. People will realize it late i.e. near ATH. People will think it will be the next leg up But Keep following my content

Pre-IPO lock-in expiry isn’t a reason to panic. Pre-IPO investors have the choice to sell once the lock-in expires, or continue holding. The decision is entirely theirs. Now ask yourself: if you owned a company that had already delivered 2–3x returns(even more in some cases), and you still believed it had significant growth ahead, would you rush to sell just because the lock-in ended? Lock-in expiry often creates fear among retail investors. Yes, some early investors may sell or book partial profits, that’s completely normal. But at the same time, many investors are waiting for any dip to accumulate more. The bigger question is: Will you actually buy if that opportunity comes? Many investors keep waiting, believing more selling is yet to come. Meanwhile, the market absorbs the supply, the stock recovers, and they are left waiting on the sidelines. For long-term investors, a better approach may be to avoid selling quality businesses held for over a year just because of lock-in expiry. Selling could also mean paying taxes and then trying to re-enter at uncertain prices. Instead, if the stock experiences meaningful selling pressure and becomes genuinely undervalued, you can consider adding more. Don’t let a routine event that happens in almost every listed company shake your conviction. Let the business performance, not temporary market fear guide your decisions. Shree Refrigeration Anondita Medicare
Akash Khandal@Sky16akash

Shree Refrigeration You can’t ignore a company that has significant long-term growth potential while participating in India’s biggest structural themes. Yes, pre-IPO liquidity will hit the market. The stock price may correct, or it may not. No one knows. What is more important is that the business isn’t built for the next few months, it is building for the next decade. This is just the beginning of a much bigger story. The real question is for investors: Do you want to own a growing business and stay invested through price uncertainty (not business uncertainty), or do you want to trade in anticipation of a correction that may or may not happen? Many traders have already booked profits and moved on. But long-term investors shouldn’t let short-term price action or trader-driven uncertainty shake their conviction if the business thesis remains intact. In the end, every investor has to decide whether they’re investing in the business or reacting to the stock price.

#Anondita Anondita Medicare Key triggers: 1. WHO pre-qualification process expected to be completed in next 3 - 4 months. 2. Capacity expansion - additional 250 million pieces of male condoms. 3. Female condom production and focusing on export markets like South Africa and Brazil for significant growth. 4. Revenue guidance: Management projects significant turnover growth: around Rs 250 crore this year, Rs 450–500 crore next year, and over 1000 crore within three years.

🚨 India is quietly solving one of its biggest defence vulnerabilities. For years, even Indian drones depended on imported motors, controllers and firmware. Not anymore. Vector Technics (Zen Technologies) claims it is now India's largest fully integrated drone propulsion manufacturer, with capacity of 300,000 units annually. ✅ Motors ✅ Flight Controllers ✅ Propellers ✅ Power Electronics ✅ UAV Engines ✅ Indigenous Firmware ❌ No Chinese parts This is much bigger than a capacity expansion. The future of defence won't be decided only by who builds the drone. It will be decided by who controls the components inside it. India is moving from "Assembled in India" to "Engineered in India." 🇮🇳 The next defence multibaggers may not build missiles. They may build the invisible technologies that make them fly. Not a buy/sell recommendation. For educational purposes only. 🚀🇮🇳

ANONDITA MEDICARE : Promoter writes himself a ₹29.58 Cr cheque. Decode. Board approved 2,85,000 convertible warrants on preferential basis to promoter Anupam Ghosh at ₹1,038 each. Total: ₹29,58,30,000. THE STRUCTURE - 25% upfront on subscription: ₹7.40 Cr - 75% on conversion: ₹22.19 Cr - Conversion window: up to 18 months - Each warrant converts to 1 equity share THE STAKE MOVE - Anupam Ghosh: 61.99% to 62.58% on full conversion (+0.59 pp) - Minority pool diluted from 38.01% to 37.42% - Only Anupam Ghosh subscribes. Co-promoters Sonia Ghosh and Reshant Ghosh sit this out. THE CONTEXT Condom maker (COBRA brand), listed 01 Sep 2025 at ₹145 IPO. FY26 revenue ₹137.42 Cr (up 78%), PAT ₹34.30 Cr (up 107%). Management guiding ₹1,000 Cr revenue in 2 years on capacity and export push. NSE in-principle approval received 29 Jun 2026. THE SIGNAL This is a promoter-funded growth raise, not a stake grab. A +0.59 pp move does nothing for control. The real story is ₹29.58 Cr of primary capital funding the capacity build to 806 million units and the export ramp. Fresh promoter money at near-market pricing is a cleaner conviction signal than a deep-discount allotment. Disclosure: LNPR Capital is a SEBI Registered Research Analyst (RA No. INH000012953). "We are Not catching up , We are setting the standard" #ZenTechnologies The real moat in drones isn't the airframe. It's the propulsion stack. ZEN Technologies' subsidiary Vector Technics now claims to manufacture the entire propulsion ecosystem in-house—from BLDC motors and controllers to engines, propellers, power electronics and firmware. With a capacity of 300,000 units annually and a non-Chinese supply chain, this could be an important milestone for India's defence manufacturing ecosystem.Worth tracking as India's drone industry scales.

This is a REAL moat 🔥 When it comes to drone propulsion: • Capacity of 3 lakh units per year. • They design every component. • They build every component. 0 dependence on China. Fully integrated, largest in India 🇮🇳 Others just assemble imported parts.

Vivid Electromech- This isn't a generic electrical contract. It is tied to data centre infrastructure, specifically: PDU (Power Distribution Unit): Critical power distribution equipment inside data centres. DWDM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing): High-capacity optical networking equipment. Why it matters: • Strengthens presence in the fast-growing Data Centre ecosystem. • Adds to execution pipeline. • Potential for repeat business if execution is strong. This suggests Vivid continues to participate in the data centre capex cycle, an area with strong long-term growth. #vividelectromech #dydd #infopurposes
