2/2 This should be strictly controlled and monitored, why drivers cancel the ride. If a user cancels the ride, he has to pay cancellation fee. Does @Olacabs impose penalty on drivers for cancelling rides without any reason? Awaiting for positive reply.

Dear @Olacabs we always suffer due to cancellation of rides by drivers without any reason. This usually happens for short rides (1km-3km). If we r paying for long rides, should be the responsibility of yours to take care of our short rides also. 1/2
