@badrocket1 Naive me tried it once and realized it was literally combative drunks dumping entire truckloads … I called the non emergency Sheriff line on speakerphone in front of them after that. I wouldn’t care except people were dumping things not allowed and we get fined for the items💀

@badrocket1 Ooof yeah my HOA is pretty picky, smokers are off the allowed list and neighbors are really nosy whistle blowers. I miss having and absentee/non-existent HOA. People need to do other things with their time.

@badrocket1 Many such tales for evil HOAs and trash cans. My HOA originally wanted us to confront people doing illegal dumping and one dumpster is right in front of my place and they really wanted *me* to fight drunk drivers using our dumpster at 3am prior to the enclosures. 🙃🙃🙃

@Lumidoom whereas MY hoa will fine you for having trash cans "visible" from the street. and require you to keep them in your garage or hidden somehow. So people have resorted to putting up like little fences. (not my actual HOA but they have things like this lol)

@badrocket1 They spent something like $20,000 on trash enclosures.. you cannot use your garage for anything but parking.. so many things that are insane.

@Lumidoom ugh they're so terrible. idk where you live but here its such a lengthly legal process to even disband/fight against them. ours rakes in thousands of dollars in fees and almost all of it goes towards postage to mail notices for other fees certified mail. its so dumb.

@badrocket1 I’m locked in a legal battle because my HOA busybodies went to the builders without consulting any of us and have been unable to leave and sell for 2+ years. It’s not that a fix wasn’t needed, it’s that they hid it from us and banks won’t loan until it’s resolved now…

@Lumidoom that is the worst. i lived at an apartment once that wouldn't let you have grills or anything on the patio (it was a fire hazard), but if you lived on the first floor you could have one because you had a "yard". (aka like 5 sqft of grass)

First time cooking tritip - can’t wait to have a smoker some day, but did alright without one. Two dipping sauces - homemade herbed peppercorn, and jalapeño bbq mixed with home made sweet cayenne honey hot sauce. Add smoked sea salt and a toasted Hawaiian bun ~ delish.

Guy just had a maxed character in H raid, needed on an item he didn't need, I asked and he said he didn't need it, then DE'd it right in front of me. Same guy refused to do the raid mechanics to the point that the raid was calling him out. Some of ya'll are the worst humans.
