Mizoram Governor, General (Dr) Vijay Kumar Singh (Retd) on Sunday flagged off the second edition of PNB Soldierathon 2026, organised by Punjab National Bank and the Indian Armed Forces to mark the bank’s 132nd Foundation Day.
