I'm a father of a child who is, medically speaking, "retarded." And I'm sick of seeing Christians, particularly pastors, freely and flippantly use that term to demean people. My daughter shows more evidence of knowing and loving Jesus than most of the men I see using that label.

@Brian_Sauve I just got a bench press PR 265, after my 3x5’s at 228.5. My lifting partner got 225 for the first time, then got 230. He started out pressing 135. Awesome day! Glad you asked.

@majeikstagram That’s a really good pull. Technically that’s the most I’ve ever pulled off the ground I think but it was for 5. Hurt my back since then and almost back to it.

Deadlift PR today ☠️ 💪 455 lbs. 1x1 Big day in the gym today! Slow and grindy PR single, after what I thought was a squat PR (it was actually 10 lbs shy). It’s amazing how my mentality shifted as SOON as the bar broke off the floor. “This is so heavy it’s not gonna go” and then activating another part of my brain thinking,“yeah it’s heavy, you’ve been here before, keep pushing, don’t quit!” Heavy deadlift are never easy, but they’re always worth it. I've done about 15 podcasts now on RWs (Reviling Wives), but this past week something unique happened. I did a podcast with a Pastor who invited me onto his show. He decided that he was concerned with the "tone and tenor" of what I said, so he decided against publishing the podcast and not making it public. How interesting that an actual WK (White Knight) not only invited me on to his show, but also decided to censor the podcast.

Do you believe a pastor who commits adultery can ever be restored to the pulpit? Question assumes he is genuinely repentant, has exhibited fruits for years, and has been joyfully restored back into right relationship with his family and church.

@majeikstagram I’m going for my 5th try for a 1x5 over 455 today. I’ve failed at 47.5, 457, and 456. I tried too high of a jump and got myself in a rut but last week I got 456 for 4 1/2 reps. Hoping today will get me on the upswing again if I can eke out a full 5reps.
