My AI agents (now) improve themselves while I sleep. Every day they finish work, reflect on what broke, and rewrite their own playbooks to run sharper tomorrow. I don't touch it. It did not start that way. Week 1 with Hermes was a mess... Memory failed. Automations misfired. I was trying to move fast and building on shit foundation. My problem was proper system design. Then a 10x Silicon Valley exec walked me through the part I'd skipped — Agents.md files, the architecture, the markdown structure underneath it all. I slowed down and built it properly. That week, I stopped managing my own inbox. Hermes can replace every admin and low level ops role on your team. It can also waste a month of your life. The difference is design. I put everything that worked into a 24-page guide. Download it → upload it to Claude → have it build your agent file system with you, one file at a time. Compound this one system and you'll make an extra 500-1M in profit in the next 12 months. Comment "Hermes" and I'll send it. (Must be following for the auto DM.)

Every AI agent today has the same problem. It forgets everything the moment the session ends. Your workflow. Your preferences. The fixes it learned yesterday. All gone. Hermes Agent is one of the first projects pushing in a completely different direction. Instead of treating AI like a temporary chat window, it treats it like a system that should: • remember • evolve • reuse experience • and improve over time That’s why developers are suddenly paying attention to it. The architecture behind it is genuinely interesting: • self-evolving skills • multi-layer memory • cross-session recall • autonomous agents running 24/7 • GEPA optimization loops • persistent personalities & workflows The result feels less like “using an AI tool” and more like building a long-term AI operator that compounds with usage. Made this infographic to simplify how the whole system actually works because this is easily one of the most interesting open-source AI agent projects right now.

Supplement Meta is BRUTAL right now. You're bidding against brands that can afford a $200 CPA. Most accounts can't survive that. Here's the 5-page playbook we built after $17M in managed supplement Meta spend: - The offer + LTV math that makes a $200 CPA profitable (COGS, sub opt-in, 90-day LTV) - The 4 positioning moves that crack red-ocean supplement categories (niche down, new avatar, new mechanism, identity-first) - The 6 ad formats carrying supplement accounts in 2026 (podcast, pharmacist, street interview + 3 more) Want it? @rahul The real issue is, people don’t trust the city to operate this as intended. They lost the good will of the people from their draconian approach to Covid, chronic overspending & hiking taxes so they can support NGO’s & providers who recirculate those $ back into their campaigns

Last year, the city of Austin turned off their Flock cameras as the result of a targeted misinformation campaign. This weekend, for nearly 24 hours, three suspects drove around Austin in stolen vehicles, undetected, conducting a shooting spree at 12 separate locations. They shot multiple people, houses, apartment buildings, businesses, and fire stations. They committed multiple robberies and car thefts during the spree. Despite a full manhunt involving 200 officers, with helicopter and K9 support, they weren't able to locate the suspects, and the spree continued. Luckily, the suspects drove into the Flock-supported city of Manor, TX. Manor is a small city with ~20k residents, and a fraction of Austin's budget. What they do have is modern technology and the ability not to fall victim to misinformation campaigns. After the suspects drove into Manor to continue their shooting spree, Manor PD located them almost immediately. The residents of Manor stayed safe. This is a tale of two cities. I love Austin. I have plenty of friends who live there. I myself almost moved there years ago. I'm glad that the shooting spree is over, but I just wish it never happened.

It took my 12mins to show a guy starting out in ecom how to build a creative ad generator. We took 10 winning ads from his competitors and ran a prompt on them. His agency was charging him $4,200/month for 8 ads. Cancelled them. Now he ships 30 ads a week himself. Comment "PROMPT" for the ad generating prompt.

@nicktheriot_ Same with Amazon - comically bad and in some cases massively counter productive or outright negative suggestions. You need to make the call when you start getting entire thesis emails with “the ring fence strategy” titles etc

This drop kills the entire creative marketing industry Higgsfield Marketing Studio + Hermes Agent = the full UGC ad pipeline, minus the $500 Fiverr creator and the 2-week turnaround. Paste a product link and get 9 ad formats back. The creator on camera is actually holding your app, your real screenshot, your real UI. What used to take 3 weeks and $5k now takes an afternoon. Like + comment "STUDIO" and I'll send the exact workflow we're running for clients. (Must be following)

Making $3M a month was never a goal for me. It wasn't even something I let myself think about. From where I come from, that number doesn't belong to you. It belongs to other people. Now it just processes like a normal transaction every month. The money moves, the brands run, I go about my day. That shift is genuinely hard to explain. Not because it's complicated, but because the thing that changed wasn't the effort. I was always working hard. What changed was what I was working inside of. Here's what nobody told me when I was starting out. The founders consistently hitting seven and eight figures weren't smarter than me. Weren't more connected. Weren't grinding harder either. Every single one of them was operating inside a framework. A repeatable system that took the guesswork out and replaced it with something that compounds over time. Once I built that into my ecom brands and backed it with AI, everything became more predictable. We started seeing $800,000 weeks consistently across a $3M+ monthly portfolio. To stress test it even more, I launched a brand new store recently, applied the same framework, and scaled it to $10,000 a day in just 10 days at 4.8 ROAS, all while barely touching anything. That's just what the right system does. And don't just think it is easy, establishing this framework was the hard part I learned during all these years. I don't usually share this stuff openly, but I'm giving the same AI framework I used recently, only to a small group of people. Maybe 20, maybe less, I will decide. If you want it, you just gotta do the following: Comment "FRAMEWORK" on this post and I will send it to your DMs. Might as well follow me if you want more quality ecom stuff on your feed.

Exactly 10 months into starting this brand we just crossed 8 figures Could have been more, could have been faster but inventory and cashflow can be difficult while bootstrapping and funding everything from profit as you go. Literally started with a PO of 250pcs and $100 a day ad budget The next $10m will come much, much faster now Will do an article on biggest learnings I had along the way to get me get here with zero debt, 100% ownership zero employees and around 30% EBITDA if there is enough interest

Our biggest resource of 2026 has been downloaded nearly 3000 times. It just got updated. The 2026 playbook now includes a full breakdown of Meta's 31 March algorithm update, the rise of persona-led creative, partnership ads, AI UGC, and how the next wave of UGC is forming. Four pillars: Meta, TikTok, AI, Creative. Built from £600M+ in revenue across the brands we run. Retweet this post and comment "2026" and I'll send it across.

Jeff Bezos has $222 billion. If he paid my wealth tax this year, we could fund insulin in America for everyone who needs it plus free school lunch for every kid in Texas—and have plenty of money left over. And Bezos would still have $215 billion dollars to spare.

@damianplayer Guy who needs to build his company via giga levels of investment, sells the idea that his company will replace workers, so investors will justify their investment. Not saying AI isn’t the future, it clearly is, but you should think critically about the incentives of amodei etc

Anthropic CEO, Dario Amodei said entry-level consultants, lawyers, and finance workers are being replaced in the 1-2 years. the companies losing those roles still need the output. they need someone who gets it done with AI instead of a team of 12. pick an industry. learn how the work actually gets done. be the person who rebuilds it with AI.

I have been taking Creatine + Electrolyte for a few weeks and it's going to make this $20M investment look like Accel's Facebook at $100M and Masa's 34% stake in Alibaba had a baby. They're going to sell a trillion dollars of these things, I'm doing ~2+ per day. #proudbrother
Dan McCormick@damccormick13

Big Day for Create: - $20M investment round from Alliance Consumer Growth (ACG), Mike Repole (vitaminwater, BODYAMOR), and existing investor Unilever Ventures. - The round closed in August 2025. We've more than doubled revenue since, are run rating well above $100M, and have been profitable for nearly a year. We are continuing to grow aggressively across all channels. - Creatine + Electrolytes Launch: Listen, I am not going to sit here claiming that this is some major scientific breakthrough. People have been mixing creatine and electrolytes for about 30 years...and for good reason. They just work better together. But for whatever reason, no brand had really gone after this opportunity in a big, coherent way. Create is going after it. 5g of creatine monohydrate, 500mg of sodium, 250mg potassium, 50mg magnesium, 1000mg of taurine. Launching in 3 flavors (available in a variety pack) today and now available on our website and Amazon...and at all Targets nationwide in mid-April. I have personally been taking 2-4 of these per day. Passionfruit is my favorite flavor, but think we did a strong job on all of the flavors. Variety Pack should help you identify your daily driver. Bunch of other things we'll be sharing soon (brand refresh, new packaging form factors Target expansion, team growth, etc.) More to come...

I can no longer recommend brands use Openclaw its amazing but Claude Cowork Computer basically does all the same things but 1000% easier like this is what most people will use it for and its so much easier to get going than openclaw Were now scaling brands with arcads + claude cowork instead The stack is less relevant than the strategy though, we focus on going viral and driving sales profitably. If you want to see how we scale 8 figure Amazon + tiktok shop brands with Claude, comment SCALE and I’ll send it over PS — Repost for early access.
