I’ll be targeting Curaçao at the World Cup by making sure I have at least two players facing them. Here are some results that help gauge their level against stronger national teams: 10.06.22 : Canada vs. Curaçao (4–1) 26.03.23 : Curaçao vs. Canada (0–2) 29.03.23 : Argentina vs. Curaçao (7–0) 22.06.25 : Curaçao vs. Canada (1–1) 31.03.26 : Australia vs. Curaçao (5–1) 30.05.26 : Scotland vs. Curaçao (4–1) Based on those results, I’d expect.. Germany to score at least 7 goals. Ecuador to score at least 4 goals. Côte d’Ivoire to score at least 4 goals. I’m going to target them even more aggressively than I target Hull in FPL next season. 12th man in R1 is on the cards.

@FPLReaction I'm top 400 in UCL Fantasy and the only times I've had players with 18+ points this season were Mbappe (oly), Gordon (qar) & Raphinha (NEW). It basically requires 4+ G&A and without MOTM in WC, it's even more difficult. (1/2)

On MAX CAPTAIN after Group Stages: Also have to factor in that we could settle for a 10-11 pointer in the group stage and miss out on monster 20+ point haul where they’re more likely. Hauls less likely in the latter stages too, so gap between who you captain and top scorer may not be that big One example in the recent UCL semi final some top scorers were: Kane = 6, Kvara = 6, Dembele = 6 Gabriel = 7, Saliba = 7 etc

World Cup Fantasy corners analysis: 🇵🇹Portugal play Congo, the team conceding the most corners in Africa. Nuno Mendes has taken only 3 fewer corners than Bruno Fernandes, yet nobody is really talking about it enough. 🇧🇪 Maxim De Cuyper plays for a very corners-heavy Belgium side. He took 11 corners for the national team over the season, a solid number, just completely overshadowed by De Bruyne's absurd volume. Still I expect him to take more with KDB's fitness still uncertain. 🇲🇦 If Morocco lose to Brazil, Hakimi becomes even better for MD2/3. Morocco then face the teams with the highest combined corner concessions, and Hakimi is on corners from both sides. MD3/4 could be huge for territorial dominance. 🇸🇪 Daniel Svensson (DEF!) & Yasin Ayari are Sweden's main corner takers. Mentioning them because somehow I've barely seen them included in set-piece threads. 🇧🇪 Kevin De Bruyne & 🇨🇴 James Rodríguez are elite picks for Set-Play xG creation. I am not really comfortable going without them. Feels like they’ll find a way to return points every single game. 🇨🇿 Czechia are also extremely corners-heavy. Coufal takes the majority, but it's worth noting that a large share is evenly distributed among 4 other players too. Krejci remains the main receiver regardless of how many aerial threats they have.
