Greetings @BankofKigali, This restriction you recently introduced is causing frustration for many customers, especially businesses that rely on smooth daily transactions. We are moving toward a cashless economy, yet this limit is forcing people to withdraw cash since not every vendor or shop operates with a BK account. In that context, the Frw 500,000 bank-to-MoMo limit per day feels quite restrictive. I also inquired about the possibility of extending the limit (as it used to be), however, I was informed by your HQ that it cannot be exceeded. We understand the importance of security measures, but this approach is making access to funds more difficult for customers and affecting normal business operations. We hope this can be reviewed for the sake of all of us. ~ From a concerned citizen.
