One simple question for @bookingcom If you suspend our property, don't we deserve to know why? It's been almost a week. We've contacted support multiple times and still have no explanation. Serious actions and allegations should come with transparency and timely communication.

@bookingcom suspended our property, instructed us to contact support with any questions, and then support could not explain the reason for the suspension. I am not surprised by the lack of communication, but I am frustrated by it.

@Expedia @Expedia now thinks ONE king bed = 3 adults They emailed hosts saying they may automatically change room occupancy settings unless properties opt out in less than 2 weeks. Not suggest. Not ask. Just change it. Great for search results. Terrible for actual guests. BE AWARE

Reported a issue on Jan 27:my bank account was removed and I can’t add it back due to repeated website errors.I have 3 payouts pending for reservations that already checked out.I was promised a fix within 14 days. it’s now been 3 weeks,and I still haven’t received solution @vrbo
