🇺🇸 Trump is pushing back hard on NYT reporting about the Lincoln Memorial Reflecting Pool repairs. They reported that the actual repair bill came in at $13.1 million, more than 7 times the $1.8 million he originally promised. There was no public explanation for why the cost nearly doubled last Friday. Trump says that Obama and Biden wasted $55 million on it and left it broken, and that he's saving $390 million compared to a full $400 million overhaul. “This is not just a paint job, like lowlife ‘reporter,’ David Fahrenthold, of the NYT so inaccurately and maliciously stated, it is a deeply complicated work of smart and beautiful construction.” He also said he never picked the contractor and doesn't know the firm. That contradicts what he told reporters last month, when he said he chose the company because they worked on the pools at his golf club. Source: New York Times

🚨 NEW: Authorities say 46-year-old Tyler Brown opened fire on random drivers along Memorial Drive in Cambridge, Massachusetts, critically injuring two people before a Massachusetts State Trooper and an armed former U.S. Marine rushed in and stopped the rampage.
Investigators say Brown fired 50 to 60 rounds and had previously been convicted for attempting to kill a Boston police officer in 2020, yet was released after receiving just 5 to 6 years in prison!

Massachusetts state trooper and armed Marine civilian stopped parolee Tyler Brown after he allegedly shot at random vehicles near Harvard, leaving two people critically wounded.
Brown, with a lengthy criminal history including a 2023 attempt on officers, was released despite prior convictions. The two victims are hospitalized in Boston fighting for their lives.
