Dear @Flipkart @flipkartsupport can you kindly train your delivery agent how to talk to the customer? They are always arrogant and the only statement comes "we will work accordingly to our will, we don't follow protocols". Is this the company's training?

@flipkartsupport In Navi Mumbai, from Airoli to Ggansoli whenever we order. The delivery agents are same. We always select a time as per our availability. But they will say "we want follow company's time." Then why the time slots are given?
