Can anyone recommend a dead simple, easy to use notetaking app based on markdown files?
Obsidian is far too complicated for me. I'm looking for Apple Notes, but with markdown storage

@hjluks Have you ever tried "Animal Flow"? It is ground based movement, and as you are an Orthopedic Surgeon and an expert in Longevity, I would be interested in your opinion of it and if you think it is beneficial for someone nearing 70 years old. (TIA).

What’s the best app for guided workout routines?
I’ve been trying FitnessBuddy but it seems very janky and outdated
I want to be able to tell it my goals and preferences, and have it provide a daily/weekly workout plan with visual instructions I can follow at the gym
Mostly weightlifting, but it could also have some calisthenics, body weight exercises, and HIIT elements

@Conaw Would be cool to search for content in all published zettels, with indexes setup so that it first pulls from people you’ve “favorited”.
Then simply references that zettle rather than copying the zettle.

They can do a LOT that templates don't, and I plan to keep focusing on the functionality that isn't easy for extensions to do -- (like reference templates)

@rjnestor @whereisben @cortexfutura I disagree, but also, one of the main reasons I want to keep ours with indentation is so folks don't abandon smart blocks. There is so much advanced stuff there, and yet, people often will not realize this until after they have used it for basic problems. Suggest using both.
