@Victorbastion @Calderon76J @reb_calderon Not good news Victor. He has labelled you and I as cowards and he said the word b*llox to those who feel afraid to speak up in their own name. I'll listen some more and let you know how it goes.

@Victorbastion @GBCNewsroom I think he's referring sprcifically to misuse of parliamentary privilege and the lack of right of reply. The Inquiry allowed both sides to put forward their views?

@GBCNewsroom C. Gomez laments Parliament as a "platform for condemnation" of individuals and the Royal Gibraltar Police. But flip the script, wasn't it the opposition and McGrail's camp who dragged this into the public eye, demanding an inquiry?

@barristocracy @VladimirUntold @ProvoloneGI @reb_calderon Barri, what’s good for the goose is good for the gander. Inquiry was not a legal verdict, was investigative report. There is, always has been, a process for handling these matters, using motions of confidence in Parliament to pressure someone into resigning actually undermines it

"The truth, the whole truth, and nothing but the truth." That is what Picardo said the Openshaw Report would reveal. The Monopoly board has been thrown up in the air. #Gibraltar is a Banana Republic
Keith Azopardi@keith_azopardi

GSLP aren’t satisfied that anything is the TRUTH unless they write it themselves. That’s why they don’t respect the Inquiry findings or Auditor & trash the separate roles people have if they speak TRUTH to power. They know no boundaries & risk collapsing constitutional protections

@Calderon76J @reb_calderon Thought you'd enjoy reading this: It aims to provide direct, unfiltered access to the thinking, challenges and decision-making processes of Gibraltar’s leaders and public servants.

@VladimirUntold @ProvoloneGI @reb_calderon You are seemingly seeking to retrospectively justify the finding that the CM behaved improperly by interfering with a live investigation. There was, and still is, proper process for dealing with these issues from which those conflicted should stay well clear.

@barristocracy @ProvoloneGI @reb_calderon Because debating the whistleblowers statements in Parliament and once the statements are public, McGrail’s carefully polished reputation and the whole sainthood campaign falls apart! Or do you really think we are that stupid??

@reb_calderon If putting whistleblowers’ statements on record makes us a banana republic, what does burying them make us?

@StraightTalkGib @GBCNewsroom Another excellent article. Confidence and anonymity in whistleblower protections are also undermined by debating disclosures in parliament.

@Calderon76J @Stephen15834055 @reb_calderon I don’t think that analysis is right. Protests outside No.6 draw crowds when issues resonate with the community. This is a loud minority driven by the opposition, hence the hysteria. Still, the community will always defend the right to protest, I'm open to being proven otherwise.

GBZ 🇬🇮@JebelGib

@LlanitoWorld The Principal Auditor is wrong. The Commissioner of Police? Wrong. Local critics? Just GSD partisans. UK critics? Colonialists. Even the Inquiry Commissioner and international NGOs are mistaken. Everyone is wrong except for one man.

The GSLP Ministers condone grossly improper actions; when they cease to be Ministers they should be shunned. They do not deserve any status within our Community. All Associations that they are member of should move to exclude them for the harm they have committed to Gibraltar
Keith Azopardi@keith_azopardi

21 January 2026 - the day each & every Minister voted to support Mr Picardo in the Confidence Motion despite findings that he acted in a “grossly improper”way & attempted to interfere in a criminal investigation on several occasions. They now own & condone his improper actions
