BT Group made £1.3 billion profit and handed their chief executive a 32% pay rise. But BT workers were told that they couldn't have a proper pay rise. Well BT workers today showed they won't accept that lying down by voting for strike action. Solidarity with the @CWUnews!

Anything positive for the workers, that comes off the back of the industrial action ballot, will simply be out of fear of failing SLAs and losing out of multi million contracts. It shouldn’t come to that to give your staff a fair rise in line with inflation.
