Chiros aren’t looking out for your best interests but rather their own pockets, there’s alternative treatments if you do have a compressed nerve but speak with a spine doc sooner than later so you can get a proper opinion. Likely, you need an MRI.

Chiros love to look at X-rays and use them to justify treatment when often that isn’t accurate. If your pain is shooting down the legs, decent chance of a disc irritating a nerve and decompression may help. But yes that’s expensive. If you can see a spine doc or provider first may be worth a medical doc opinion

The Rangers are trading Marcus Semien to the Mets for Brandon Nimmo

@HoodiiSoto @SleeperMets Missed games aren’t why Marcus looked bad. He looked bad because he was bad. Poor attitude, poor leadership and his effort in the field started to decline as well. At the plate he looked like he lost before he ever stepped into the box.

The last time Semien played in all 162 games (2023) he batted 280 with 30 homers. 2024 he batted 240 with 23 homers. He isn’t bad at all when he’s healthy. Last year he missed 40 games and that’s why his numbers look so badly. If we get one of the left fielders you mentioned. This goes from a mid to good deal

After some thinking…. The Mets are a better off team after moving on from Brandon Nimmo. Left field is now open for David Stearns to make an impactful move such as adding Cody Bellinger or Kyle Tucker. The move also gives the Mets an elite defender in Marcus Semien, although his offense has been on an obvious decline. Emotionally, it sucks losing Nimmo, who’s been with the Mets since 2011, but it was the right move to make. #LGM

While looking into her soul shout out to the bartender confidently, “And please my good sir get this little temptress whatever she’s drinking.” Introduce yourself in a seductive & deep confident tone which intrigues her sexually proving you’re a confident man not afraid to ask for what he wants. Then make an offhand remark which should make zero sense given the situation. Her curiosity is now peaked. When the bartender delivers the drinks, ask him for a napkin & a pen. While you’re writing your name & number on the napkin speak these words in your best James Bond impression which should be spoken seductively, slowly, calmly, mysteriously, & with a touch of cocky arrogance, “Nice to meet you sweet tits, & thank you for the drink, I’ll be sure to get the next one when you meet me later at the bar I’m headed to.” Just slide the napkin to her, while graciously letting the bartender know to put your drink on her tab. Then simply walk away leaving the bar. This sounds like a dick move, but you will be amazed how many times you’ll get a text wondering which bar she should meet you at. It’s like shooting fish in a barrel.
