Down were promoted to Div 2 this year. Surely Div 3 winners should receive a reward for this. Ulster is a notoriously difficult province and for Down to reach an Ulster Final, they would have to beat Donegal and Armagh. Derry can get to Ulster Final by beating Antrim & Monaghan.

Would love to be able to watch Cork v Meath live tomorrow.
Two exciting teams, great venue, and I'd love to see both of them in Division One next year.
