@Seventhwheel The leading case in SDNY is Chan et al. vs. DOT et al. (1:23-cv-10365) It’s the next case to be heard for oral arguments after NJ asking MTA to provide an Environmental Impact Statement. Also they are claiming the plan is unconstitutional and violates dormant commerce clause.

Rockland County filed another federal lawsuit against congestion taxation last week. Orange County expected to follow suit soon. Not since the Tea Act which led to the Boston Tea Party in 1773 have we seen such tyranny and proposed taxation. Keep the lawsuits coming!

@GovKathyHochul This is not true for the residents along West Side Highway and Route 9A or the FDR. Increase rates of Asthma, pedestrian safety and increase in emergency vehicle rates were stated in the FONSI document.

With congestion pricing, we'll see significantly fewer vehicles in central Manhattan every single day. We'll have less noise, less honking, and less gridlock. We'll have less air pollution and fewer car crashes. New Yorkers will feel the benefits every single day.
