@GWRHelp 11:18 from Cardiff to London. Cut carriages, packed and no seat reservations. I'm travelling with my 11 month old and a seat would have been really handy. Does that sound like a journey refund or not?

@GWRHelp morning, I've still not received an acknowledgement email from the gwr feedback email. Or a response regarding a missold ticket and how to get a full refund. Can you help with this please?

@GWRHelp What I don't want to do is go around the houses with a product that doesn't work as sold. Especially if the email hasn't been seen or received at GWRs end. So ideally you can help me get through to someone to refund the mis-sold flexi ticket. That's the issue.

@battlebroom I'd advise to please call our Web Support Team on 03457 000 125, then option 3 and option 1 between 9am and 5pm on weekdays who can confirm if there is an alternative way to get this loaded onto the smartcard - Bradley

@GWRHelp I was sold a flexi season ticket from Cardiff to Temple Meads. The smart card doesn't work at Cardiff. So to potentially activate it I've had to buy a ticket to Bristol. Making the reduced monthly cost absolutely void. Who do I speak to for a full refund?

@GWRHelp Called that number this morning. They advised I email the address you've given me. Which I've not heard back from. There's no way to load it at Cardiff so it's not needed. Also there's £152 of my money GWR without a product in return. So I'll be needing a refund.

@GWRHelp I did yes. But if the next step to apply for a refund online, that's not ideal due to the admin fee. As the product has been mis-sold rather than not needed. So I'm due a full refund.
