That statement was made during trial 1. He learned more at trial Two. Lucky Did not see anybody on the lawn at 2:30.  And Higgins did not see anybody on the lawn at around 1:00 a.m. And six others who left the party so nobody on the lawn at around 1:45.   He was simply mistaken during trial 1.

In an interview, Karen said she saw John walk up to the door. Right before he went in, she turned her attention to her cell phone. I guess you are right that she never said he went in the house, Have to believe that he changed his mind one second before he went in. Or he was attacked one second before he went in. Based on new data I have just received it seems like the FEDS theory was that John threw the glass at the SUV breaking the Taillight (they had ARCCA test this) and it proved plausible. Then Karen reacted backup up at John, to scare him possibly, this is the "clipped his knee"

So ask yourself this: Do you really think these same people are telling the truth about an ATF agent and a Boston police detective murdering their friend for no reason, dumping his body on their front lawn, and then casually going to bed? Despite all the emotion, straw man arguments, and red herrings, you still have to get over many facts of this case that show Karen did not do this. 1. Nobody saw his body on the lawn that night including the snow plow driver. 2. The Dighton officer said the tail light was intact 16 hours after the so-called accident. 3 The state's own medical examiner said there was no injury on the body consistent with an accident. 4. The key cycles don't fit. 5. Dr Russell said that the injuries on his arm were consistent with dog bites. 6. Dr La Posada said he was not hit by a car. 7. ARCA said he was not hit by a car.

That was trial one's testimony. Barros was not the greatest witness because he could not properly articulate the state of that taillight in the trial. In trial 2 he was much more a descriptive; He said that only one dollar-sized piece was missing from the side, but that the front was intact.  This was in direct opposition to the picture of the taillight Shown completely smashed in the sally port.

It’s astonishing to think that Karen actually even hit the reverse pedal at 15.7 mph during that three-point turn on Cedarcrest, just eight minutes before John’s life was tragically cut short. What could have made her so furious in those last ten minutes?

if Paul had it wrong, then Aperture also had it wrong,   It's a very dubious statement -- there was no evidence that Paul had it wrong, this is unsubstantiated and very convenient for the other side. Plus, there is no way to associate a time with the event. The event only shows you the time In the key cycle. Associating 12:31 or whatever with that event is Fantasy. And, A mountain of evidence exists that proves Karen didn't do it. I'm talking about Dighton cop Barros, snowplowdriver lucky, and state's medical examiner.  And, A collision so violent that it knocked him out of his shoe but he had no bruises. Just doesn't make sense.

Therefore, is impossible for key cycle 1162 to be at 34 Fairview. The state's own medical examiner said that the body is inconsistent with a car accident.

The math only supports one conclusion: John wasn’t struck head-on, but clipped by Karen’s vehicle (primary). This force rotated him off his center of mass, causing him to fall backward and suffer a fatal brain injury (secondary) upon hitting the ground.
